She started as a recruiter and quickly identified the gaps in the industry, pitching and building her firm’s first centralized operations and training program.  A move that became the foundation for its national expansion.

Tiffany eventually moved into executive leadership, overseeing everything from sales and marketing to talent development and strategic growth. She played a pivotal role in scaling that business from $5 million to $180 million in revenue, helping transform it into one of the most recognized brands in the industry before its acquisition by a global firm.

Known for being both strategic and scrappy, Tiffany builds high-performing sales engines that cut through the noise. She is a straight shooter obsessed with execution and helping teams sell faster, smarter, and with staying power.

Today, as the founder of myScout®, she is leveraging her experience to help companies grow. From AI-powered prospect intelligence to sales-forward coaching, she is building the exact partner she always wished she had as a COO. She’s a single mom, a relentless problem-solver, and a firm believer that real success comes from integrating life and work in a way that’s honest, sustainable, and full circle.
