With 20 years of experience in leadership and recruitment, including 17 in the staffing industry, Tiffany built her career by scaling people, systems, and revenue. She started as a recruiter at a small firm in Philadelphia and pitched the company’s first centralized operations and training program. That foundation helped support its national expansion.

She eventually moved into executive leadership and oversaw everything from operations and sales to marketing, customer experience, talent development, and strategic growth. Tiffany played a major role in growing the business from 5 million to 180 million in revenue, helping turn it into one of the most recognized brands in staffing. Her efforts contributed directly to its acquisition by a global firm.

 

Tiffany is known for being both strategic and scrappy. She builds high-performing sales engines, cuts through the noise, and creates simple systems that actually scale. She’s a straight shooter, obsessed with execution, and focused on helping teams sell faster, smarter, and with staying power.

 

Today, as the founder of myScout and other ventures, she’s using everything she’s learned to help companies grow. From AI-powered lead generation to tools, training, and coaching, she’s building the kind of sales-first, tech-forward company she always wished existed.

 

She’s also a single mom, a relentless problem-solver, and a firm believer that work-life balance is a myth. Real success comes from integrating life and work in a way that’s honest, sustainable, and full circle.
